Alexis is the founder of Tahinci Law Firm PLLC, where she represents employees and individuals in employment law and civil rights matters in Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee. A substantial portion of her practice is devoted to seeking remedies for marginalized individuals under federal and state anti-discrimination and civil rights laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
